Mehovych S. Infrastructure software self at the mesolevel: the concept and methodology.

Dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and methodological foundations and the development and substantiation of methodological approaches and processes of self-organization and self-management in complex self-regulating socio-economic systems at mesolevel. Systematization of approaches in the organization, design and management of such systems has allowed to formulate the main directions of compliance between organizational systems, management subsystems and the strategic forecast of innovative development of the regions, to disclose methods of designing innovative development strategies on the basis of multicriteria evaluation of social potential and intellectual capital.
