Actual scientific and practical task, which is to clarify the laws of space-time fluctuations of runoff of Ukrainian rivers based on the developed the methodology of hydro-genetic analysis, which providing a more the accurate assessment of both current trends and possible future trends of runoff has been resolved. It was found that the main long-term tendencies in streamflow rivers of Ukraine are as follows: the streamflow rivers, as well as climatic factors its formation were having the homogeneous (quasihomogeneous) and stationary (quasistationary) tendencies that indicate the presence in the observation series of cyclical fluctuations (long- and short-term).
