Azhaman I. The social and economic development of building and construction in rural areas: theory, methodology and practice

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theory and methodological foundation of the social and economic development of building and construction in rural areas. The state and trends of the social and economic development of building and construction in rural areas are analyzed. The conceptual framework and the mainstream of the social and economic development of building and construction in rural areas are defined. A categorical device for the socio-economic development of construction in rural areas was identified. The social and economic development of construction in rural areas is defined as a dual system of meso-economic level, the inter-sectoral interaction of its components provides for the construction and modernization of industrial, service and social real estate objects that, being spatially dispersed and belonging to different spheres of life, are characterized by a holistic unity and provide satisfaction As individual and social needs of rural areas Their subjects, and the national economic complex as a whole. The specific features of the socio-economic development of construction in rural areas are defined, which are objective in nature and are based on: the specificity of the rural way of life, agricultural production, the region (the state of its economic development, cultural and historical traditions, etc.); Approval of market economy in Ukraine; Economic globalization and regionalization; Social and economic revival of the village. The formation of organizational forms of state management of rural construction has been studied and it is determined that, at the present stage, an extensive system of management bodies for social and economic development of construction has been formed in Ukraine, whose goal is to implement an integrated approach to meeting the needs of rural economic entities and society in buildings and structures. It is determined that the social and economic development of construction plays a significant role in enhancing the competitiveness of rural areas. However, in order to fulfill this task, rural construction must have a comprehensive character and balanced development in the areas of construction of industrial and service facilities, housing and communal services, social and cultural spheres, engineering facilities.
