Essay

The thesis is devoted to genetic and morphological synthesis clamping chucks (CC) based on the theory of evolution and genetic synthesis. The results of dissertation research to describe synthesized and, in particular, hybrid electromechanical systems spindle units, clamping mechanisms and CC with one or two power flows, which used five universal genetic operators (replication, crossing, inversion, crossing-over, mutations that provide original solutions, still not known in practice. In the synthesis as a carrier of genetic information used material point - conventional (artificial) mechanical gene that taking into account position of interdisciplinary knowledge. Proof of this is the analogy between the electric motor and rotating collet clamping chuck. Such analogies found in the lot. It is shown that the transfer of information from one of a point at the entrance to another at the output is in the form of many streams on the chromosomal level described morphological model log-out pairs with a maximum number of 144 variants for any instruments; 72 to clamping mechanisms for fixing immovable objects of complex shape; 48 for bodies of revolution. It is shown that the base structure of populations in CC mechanical performance is reduced to 7 types of converters, lever, wedge, plunger, helical, screw, gear, elastic. The results introduced in the educational process in Ukraine and Angola, and the wide-range of instrumental specifications in production in Ukraine.
