Ivanova O. Theoretical and methodological support for self-development of Ukraine's regions.

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical principles, developing teaching positions and formation of practical recommendations for the regions' self-development in Ukraine.The paper analyzes the trends in social and economic development of regions, which are the basis for detecting the problem of regions' self-development and prove the necessity to find solutions. The definition of "region's self-development" based on the selection of components: self-reliance, self-management, self-financing is specified. The priority factors of regional self-development is grounded.Using synergetic paradigm in the dissertation the concept, principles and mechanisms of provision region's self- development in Ukraine are proved. Methodical support of definition the level of region's self-development with regions' positioning on a three-dimensional matrix with such components as: self-reliance, self-management, self-financing is developed. Methodological support of formation priority areas of regions' self-development stimulation in Ukraine is developed.Conceptual provisions of regulation fiscal relations between the center and the regions of Ukraine and a roadmap for their implementation are developed. A scientific and methodical approach that touching the decentralization of financial sources of regions' self-development is proposed. Also the simulation model of selection effective scenarios of regions' self-development in Ukraine.
