In this work is investigated the genesis of theoretical concepts and scientific approaches to management theory of agricultural machinery in Ukraine, revealed structural transformation in the economy sector. The strategic fundamentals of agricultural engineering in the Black Sea region covers the theoretical principles concerning the definition of capacity building enterprises. Were developed the methodology of forming a regional support system of agricultural machinery, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of innovative agricultural engineering costs, efficiency indicators of innovative potential of agricultural engineering.
