Object - problems in power distribution networks smart grid 6-35 kV. The purpose - development of theory and methods for the protection and management of the distribution networks of smart grid. Methods and theoretical research are based on the main provisions of the theoretical foundations of electrical engineering, the structural operator, structural and logical methods with graphical oferowany components that are used in automatic control theory, theory of identification based on RLC elements of the theory of linguistic pattern recognition. The novelty consists in the development of the theory of recognition of dynamic flows of information and the proposed information (SI) processing of dynamic information flows, which is based on the separation in consistent ways structurally operatorname describing connection schemes, structural-linguistic, describes the logic of processing, structural-hierarchical, describing the formation and control of the sense signal and together, which allows to solve problems of optimal control and protection of distribution networks smart grid describe the electrical and semantic levels of flows in the object and devices.
