Essay

In dissertation resulted generalization and the decision of important for neurosurgery, orthopaedy, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation of scientific and practical problem - increase of efficiency of treatment, examination and rehabilitation of patients with consequences vertebral and spinal traumas. Certainly level and dynamics of primary and accumulated disability for patients with consequences vertebral and spinal traumas. Dissertation is basis of analysis 370 supervisions of patients, investigational long-term results of treatment patients with consequences vertebral and spinal traumas, certain mechanisms of forming of disability, morphometric information is got and an integral estimation is carried out by radial methods for invalids as a result of vertebral and spinal traumas, that allowed to better medical and social expertise. It is adapted and used ICF for the improvement of leadthrough of medical and social expertise and rehabilitation. The rehabilitation of invalids is improved as a result of vertebral and spinal traumas, due to the use to the trainer dynamic Parapodiy and TMS.
