Grokhovska Y. Ecological bases of balanced use of Pripyat river basin water ecosystem resources

In the dissertation the ecological bases of the balanced use of water and biotic resources of water ecosystems (on the example of the district of right bank tributaries in the middle part of Pripyat River) are grounded. The object of the study is the change in the state of aquatic ecosystems and the degradation of their resources under anthropogenic impact. Methods: hydrochemical, hydrobiological, statistical. The ecological assessment of the water quality showed that the water bodies belong to II-III classes by the worst quality indicators, and they are characterized as "very clean" - "slightly polluted" - "moderately polluted". It was established that the aquatic flora includes 107 species of vascular plants; ichthyofauna includes 43 fish species and one species of cyclostomes; places of rare species distribution were established. Theoretical substantiation and recommendations for the introduction of environmental biotechnologies for desaprobization were developed. It was proposed to include sections of the main rivers of the region to the Emerald Network of Ukraine. According to the results of cultivation it has been established bioremediators to improve water quality. The branch is agriculture, water management, hydroecology.
