Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving of an urgent scientific problem, which is concerned with efficiency improvement of power supply systems for deep-level and energy-intensive mines as based on specification of regularities for maintaining of the standard level for consumers of deep horizons involving optimum voltage determining and development of new methods and means of safety of such means maintenance. As a result of the studies carried out the dependence of use of service voltage rating of high-voltage power control cables from import power, cabling parameters and set level of voltage losses was shown. The level of 35 kV voltage rate use is theoretically substantiated for power supply of deep horizons consumers, the methods and measures for ensuring the proper level of maintenance safety were developed. Scientific concepts, conclusions, and results are used for the development of Tentative Safety Standards for Use 35 kV Voltage in Power Supply Systems of Underground Current-using Equipment in Zaporizkyi Iron-ore Plant PJSC and in design documents DTEK Scientific and Project Centre LLC.
