Essay

The thesis is devoted to solution of the important scientific problem of intensification of rocks destruction at diamond drilling using the heat energy generated in the working face of borehole. The theories of rock destruction and thermal physics processes on the working face of borehole were developed herein. It is shown that the intensification of processes of destruction is achieved by the transition the flushing to interrupted mode. It allows to influence on the drilling temperature and to control heat transfer processes at the bottom. The problem of cracks development in rocks was obtained using the theory of thermoelasticity taking to account of convective heat transfer. The influence of the mode parameter and the parameters of interrupted flushing on the working face temperature were investigated. Recommendation to choosing of the best parameters of thermophysical processes during drilling with interrupted flushing was developed.
