Essay

The thesis deals with the study of the scientific medical problem - identification of morphological and molecular-biological features of the cervical dysplasia (CD/CIN), associated with papillomavirus infection, in women suffering from infertility. The development of mathematical model to determine the degree of severity and prediction of the disease progression risk, that will enable personalized optimization of morphological diagnosis, preventive and therapeutic tactics of management of such patients. The data obtained indicate molecular biological features of the HPVI-associated CIN in patients with infertility, significant role of proteins involved in cell proliferation disorders and angiogenesis. Developed mathematical models for determining the severity and predicting risk of HPVI-associated CIN progression will provide personalised optimisation of the morphological diagnostic, preventive and therapeutic tactics of this disease management in women with infertility.
