Essay

Adaptations of forest grass and bushes populations during reservation successions were considered. Was shown there are changes in size, density and structure of the populations. The important role of horizontal structure of populations for understanding of the tendency and rates of their dynamics were established. The importance of the ontogenetic and vital structure of monitoring populations was critically evaluated.
