Fedulova S. Theoretical and methodological principles of development of regional socio-economic systems in the conditions of limited water resources

. Object - the process of forming conceptual approaches to the development of regional socio-economic systems in the context of limited water re- sources; the goal is to form theoretical and methodological provisions for the development of regional socio-economic systems in the context of limited water resources; methods - historical and logical; abstractions and analogies; theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis; statistical analysis, method based on the "dynamic standard"; system analysis methods; graphic, as well as MS Excel and Matlab803-2014a tools - for processing statistical data; novelty - is the development of theoretical and methodological provisions for regulating the development of regional socio-economic systems in the context of limited water resources; theoretical and practical results, the degree of implementation - passed the examination and received positive feedback from the specialists of the Department of Economic Development of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration (reference №1763/0/31-17 dated 12.28.2017) and were used during the formation of Development programs for small and medium-sized businesses in the Dni- propetrovsk region for 2017-2018. The author's proposals were used in the work of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council in the activities of the Office of Strategic Planning and Investment Policy and were adopted for execution in the draft "Development Strategy of the Dnipropetrovsk Region for the Period to 2020 (Decision of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council of September 26, 2014 No. 561- 27/VI). The results of the study were used in the activities of the Department for the Development of Entrepreneurship, Commerce, Life and Regulatory Policy of the Kremenchug City Council in car- rying out the "Programs promoting small and medium-sized businesses in the city of Kremenchug for 2015-2017 dated December 23, 2014"(Ref. No. 01-52/2748 dated December 22, 2017). The results of the dissertation research were introduced into the practical activities of the Economic Develop- ment Department development, industry and infrastructure of the Khmelnytsky Oblast State Administration in the preparation of the "Strategy for Re- gional Development of the Khmelnytsky Region for 2011-2020" (reference number 03.01-2988/17 dated 12/27/2017). Separate research results were introduced into the practical activities of the Department of Economic Development and Trade of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration in preparing the "Regional Development Strategy of the Zaporizhzhia Region for the Period up to 2020" and in analyzing the results of the assessment of intraregional differentiation of social and economic economic development of the region (reference number 01-08/0036 from 01.16.2018). The practical significance of the results is also confirmed by an approving response from specialists of the Regional Development Agency PA (reference No. 17/3 of January 15, 2018) and were used in the development of long-term plans for socio-economic development of the Odessa region. The results of the study were introduced into the educational process of the State High School of Institution "Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology" while teach- ing the disciplines "Regional Economics", "Environmental Economics", "Modeling Economics" (implementation report from 12.19.17). Separate re- search results were developed in the framework of the international project "Water Harmony II, Erasmus + (ERASMUS + No. 561755-EPP-1-2015-1- NO-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP)" in preparing lectures in accordance with the requirements of this project, namely : "Economics in water treatment", "Eco- nomics in wastewater treatment" and "Business development. Innovation and entre-preneurship (innovations in the water industry, examples)"(act of implementation); industry - the development of productive forces and the regional economy.
