The objective and theoretical preconditions of development of the regional clusters of enter-prises have been analysed. The dominant and peripheral characteristics of the term "the regional cluster of enterprises" have been distinguished, and the substantive content of the term "strategic coordination of development of the regional clusters of enterprises" has been substantiated. The correlation of strategic coordination of development of regional clusters of enterprises in the system of economic relations has been determined. The regularities in determining the limits of usage of forms of strategic coordination of development have been generalized. The conceptual bases of identification of rational boundaries of regional clusters of enterprises have been specified. The conceptualization of the process of identifying the development trajectory of regional clusters of enterprises has been specified. The attributes of similar terms "ecosystem" and "regional cluster of enterprises" have been compared. The logical scheme of identification of rational boundaries of the regional cluster of enterprises has been constructed. Dysfunctions of development of regional clusters of enterprises have been revealed. The developed means to overcome the dysfunctions of the development of regional clusters of enterprises by means of strategic coordination has been tested. The set of typical programs for overcoming dysfunctions of development of regional clusters of enterprises has been determined.
