Turskyi I. Social-Humanitarian Development of Ukraine’s Regions’ Enterprineurship.

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical principles, the development of methodological provisions and practical recommendations formulation for ensuring the social and humanitarian development of entrepreneurship in the regions of Ukraine.The paper summarizes the conceptual foundations of the formation of the latest paradigm of socio-economic development of the regions; the genesis and content of the concept of social and humanitarian development; the conceptual foundations of social and humanitarian development of entrepreneurship as the newest base of economic development of regions. Creativity is investigated - as a determinant of transformation of productive forces and competitiveness of enterprises of the region; analyzed creative industries as a manifestation of social and humanitarian development of entrepreneurship, in particular, their economic content and functional orientation, models of organization in the regions; The international and domestic experience of regional development of creative industries has been studied and summarized.The proposed methodology of econometric analysis of sustainable development of entrepreneurship in the context of its social and humanitarian and developmental territories; the methodological and practical problems of evaluation of social and humanitarian development of entrepreneurship in the context of global progress are revealed; developed a factor model of global sustainable development taking into account social and humanitarian development of entrepreneurship; the approach to econometric evaluation of the influence of social and humanitarian development of entrepreneurship on the economic development of the regions is developed. Identified the latest global trends of knowledge economy and their impact on the employment structure of the regions; a quantitative assessment of the potential of the regions of Ukraine regarding the formation of conditions for the development of entrepreneurship knowledge economy and creative economy, and proposed a strategy for shaping the social and humanitarian development of entrepreneurship in the region based on the principles of public-private partnership.Mechanisms and tools in the field of provision of social and humanitarian development of entrepreneurship in the region are explored; the world experience of state support for regional development of entrepreneurship has been adapted; the methodical approach to the substantiation of the tool of state support and promotion of provision of social and humanitarian development of entrepreneurship in the region is proposed; the strategy of social and humanitarian development of entrepreneurship in the region is developed.
