Essay

The actual scientific and technical problem of quality assurance, first of all, the kinematic accuracy and smoothness of the operation of gear wheels and shortening the terms of technological preparation of their production by creating a computer-integrated system based on unified control parameters that provide the shaping of gears, which have a different shape of the tooth profile with the possibility of computer-aided design, active control and the visualization of the results is determined and scientifically justified and solved. The development of the theory of shaping allows us to expand the possibilities of the interaction of conjugate surfaces and consider new types of formation schemes, on the basis of which you can create tools with improved properties. Mathematical dependencies for complex analysis of geometric and kinematic parameters of interaction of conjugate surfaces are obtained. These mathematical dependencies are based on unified control parameters, which allowed us to analyze even at the design stage the conditions of interaction between the machined and tool surfaces that provide the production of gears and the conditions for contact of the coupled teeth. The use of unified parameters allows for the integration of a system of shaping, which includes a preliminary assessment of the geometry and kinematics of the process, in automated systems of design, production, analysis and control. The computer-integrated system for providing the shaping of gears based on the proposed theoretical and methodological provisions has been developed. The results of the work are realized into production, in particular, using the developed computer-integrated system, hyperboloid tools for cutting gears with a unified profile of teeth are profiled and manufactured.
