Essay

The topic of the study is due to the contradiction between the requirements for increasing the frequency and density of the structural elements of monolithic integrated circuits, on the one hand, and the possibilities of further reducing their sizes, due to the acquisition of the structural elements of the properties of receiving and transmitting emitters of electromagnetic waves, on the other hand. To solve this complex scientific and technical problem on the basis of system analysis, the theory of creation of high-performance components of the COP is developed. Within the framework of this theory, methods and classes of models are developed that reflect the multifactor internal and external electromagnetic compatibility of high-frequency components, which expanded the possibilities of circuit design, design and diagnostic procedures for the creation of computer systems. The proposed methods of displaying the internal and external electromagnetic interactions of interconnected compounds in the form of dependent power sources have allowed to increase the speed of computer systems, illustrated by examples of their application for the analysis of fragments of digital and analog high frequency components: cascade, balanced and parametric amplifiers of night observation devices, modulators , demodulators, etc. Keywords: system engineering, system analysis, computer system, model, high-frequency components, microcircuit, electromagnetic compatibility, speed, productivity of computer systems, electromagnetic interference, analysis of electric circuits.
