Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the development of human potential in the context of transformation of regional socio-economic systems. The main trends of human potential management at the regional level and principles on the basis of which the concept of development of human potential of the region should be constructed are presented. It is proved that the reproduction of human resources as a social process is divided into phases of formation, distribution and use of human resources. The stages of reproduction of human resources and the structure of management of this social process at the regional level have been developed.
