Pavlov K. Regulation of competitive relations in the regional markets of residential real estate

The existing and developed new theoretical and methodological approaches to the category of "real estate" are generalized, the process of formation and development of the real estate market has been clarified. The stages and cycles of the establishment of the residential real estate market in Ukraine during 1991 and to the present have been identified and grouped, and the way and duration of their occurrence have been determined. The content of the interpretation of the regional real estate market and the mechanisms for regulating competition on it are specified. The system of indicators of influence, which allows to balance the volumes of demand and supply in the residential real estate market, is proposed. The author's vision of the territory of Ukraine is implemented. The main participants of the housing market are grouped together with the generalization of their functional purpose. It is proved that the formation of a competitive environment in the regional housing markets is based on the assessment of their competitiveness, monopolization levels, demand and supply; antimonopoly policy and fiscal stimulus.
