Yatsuk I. Scientific foundations of rehabilitation of natural potential of agroecosystems of Ukraine

In the thesis scientific foundations of rehabilitation of natural potential of agroecosystems of Ukraine are theoretically proved and developed. The way to restore of natural potential of agroecosystems is – green growth. Ecological indicators of green growth of agriculture are developed. The global ecological indicators of green growth are: the percent of plowing of the territory and humus, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium balances. The national ecological indicators of green growth are: the dynamics of humus, nitrogen, mobile phosphorus and mobile potassium contents. The local ecological indicators of green growth are: pH; provision of the necessary nutritional elements; contamination of toxic metals, pesticide residues and radionuclides. The results of analysis confirmed that the main reasons for the reduction of agronomically important soil properties are: insufficient application of organic and mineral fertilizers, water and wind erosion, and re-consolidation with powerful heavy equipment. The assessment of soils on ecological indicators of green growth confirmed the need to switch to green growth in agriculture in Ukraine, based on balanced management of agricultural production, the effectiveness of which is estimated by calculations of the balance of humus and nutrients in agriculture in each region. Measures are proposed to reproduce the fertility of soils, the main condition of which is the transition to a non-deficit balance of humus.
