Essay

The dissertation solves a scientific and applied problem of development and practical application of methods and models of complex technological objects control in conditions of changing modes of operation, characteristics of raw materials and functions of operational personnel for to produce the product characteristics that response to reglament and increase the efficiency of multi-assortment production. For multi-assortment technologies, there is a need to create new control methods by based on processes that appropriate of nature of their variability. The method of control optimization criteria constructing for energyeficiency which include the restrictions of its implementation and phase coordinates, which the extreme nature of dependence of energy value has been established, has been substantiated. The synthesis of hybrid structures has been done and the order of their integration in the control system has been established. The method for optimization of human-operator solutions that taking into account the situational approach and the dynamics of cognitive perception, which reduces the number of false solutions during multiassortment production has been proposed. The task of providing control resources for changing the mode of production, which minimizes the losses of warehouse supply and logistics, has been solved by the mathematical programming methods. The conditions for indirect estimation of object state and forecastion that have limition of horizon are presented in order to solve the task of maintenance of objects with partial uncertainty. The method for hybrid control systems stability estimating has been improved, which allows to effectively evaluating the stability for multi-parametric modes of dynamic objects with differentiated characteristics of control channel dynamics. The experimental test of algorithms for the control processes of typical technological complex, the results with a decrease in energy losses and the implementation of restrictions on the task, reducing the time of transient processes has been obtained. The results of work have been confirmed by acts, patents.
