In the dissertation the influence of peculiarities of producing the toothed gear wheels of parallel-shaft reducers on the inside dynamic load has been investigated. The methodology of predicting the reliability of parallel-shaft reducers with the use of the method of statistic modelling has been developed as well. Close attention has been paid to the development of the engineering approach to multiparameter synthesis of construction elements of casing, toothed gear wheels and gear shafts based on discreet programming. Accordingly, the structural optimization of the parallel-shaft reducers with the use of optimization mathematical models taking into account their service functions has been accomplished.
