In the thesis, the scientific and applied problem of increasing the reliability and accuracy of electronic devices was solved by developing and applying methods and means of assigning tolerances to the electrical and design parameters of components that take into account technological and operational constraints that provide multi-criteria optimization of tolerances, and their software implementation is integrated with computer-aided design systems.
