Essay

Object – the process of deconstruction of regional markets of dairy products on the fundamentals of marketing concept. Methods – scientific abstraction; inductive, deductive; economic analysis and comparison; questionnaire; graphic; econometric modeling; calculation and construction; abstract and logical. The aim is to argue theoretical and methodological fundamentals of deconstruction of regional dairy markets, based on marketing concept, and development of practical recommendations for their introduction. Novelty – the research proposes an algorithm of deconstruction of regional dairy markets, implements marketing strategies in the process of deconstruction of regional dairy markets with consideration of their classification features regarding to the deconstruction stage, and develops a mechanism of deconstruction of regional dairy markets. Result – argumentation of theoretical and methodological principles of deconstruction of regional dairy markets on the fundamentals of marketing concept and introduction of recommendations concerning their practical application.
