Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of physical and technical basics for constructive-technological solutions of functional solid-state structures and economical and efficient combined photoenergy systems suitable for large-scale production. In this work it has been established the physical and technical regularities of functional solid-state structures formation, including thin-film layers, multilayer systems and systems with a developed surface, for the manufacturing on its basis combined photovoltaic systems with increased efficiency by thermal and electric energy. Innovative measuring stands for the attestation solar cells and modules by their photovoltaic parameters have been developed. The study of working temperature influence on solar cells efficiency has been carried out, optimal functional layers have been selected and on their basis samples of high-efficiency combined photoenergy systems have been developed and tested. Keywords: solar sell, silicon, cadmium telluride, operating temperature, cooling, combined photovoltaic system, power takeoff system, photovoltaic station, efficiency.
