The dissertation is devoted to the decision of the actual scientific and applied problem of creating methodological bases for ensuring the quality of the process of flexographic UV-printing process on the basis of experimental studies of the influence of properties of materials and technological regimes on the process of printing on narrow-circle flexographic machines and the study of the influence of isolated factors on -flushing of flexographic forms, printing and finishing of fingerprints of UV-paints Fundamentals of the theory of fuzzy sets for obtaining quantitative indicators of the quality of processes. The influence of surface energy of substrates on the process of color transfer, optical and operational indexes of imprints, formation of liquid photopolymerizable compositions of relief elements when decorated are investigated. The technological process is improved by developing a method for controlling the surface energy and its regulation in the process of printing and the simulation model, which enables the decision of the operator of the flexographic narrow-gauge machine to decide on the choice of the use of anilox rollers, depending on the type of printed material, the complexity of the plot print- tion of products with the implementation of the system of quantitative evaluation of the quality of fingerprints of flexographic UV-printing process.
