Essay

On the basis of research of components of ichthyotsenoses, external signs and internal parameters in fish, an ecological assessment of natural reservoirs located in the area of livestock activities is deepened. It was established that pig breeding companies are polluters of ponds, formation and introduction into the environment of significant volumes of liquid manure and manure sewage containing xenobiotics of anthropogenic origin - antimicrobials - sulfanilamide preparations, antibiotics, antihelmintics, hormones, low molecular weight organic components, antioxidants, organic acids, nitrogen-containing compounds. The influence of waste of livestock enterprises on the hydrochemical composition and gas regime of water, meristic and plastic features of fish was revealed, their negative effect on embryonic development and conservation of carp larvae, survival of daphnia, plastic exchange in fish organism was proved. It has been established that the influence of sulfanilamide, chlortetracycline and albendazole on embryonic development of fish, larvae output, morphological parameters of blood, plastic exchange in fish depend on their concentration in water and the properties of xenobiotics. The positive effects of the nandrolone hormone in minor concentrations in water on the embryogenesis of fish and the plastic metabolism in the body have been confirmed. Effective methods of reducing the content of pollutants in water of ponds have been developed.
