Essay

In the theses work the results of researches on complex long-term researches of the plant-microbial associative systems (potato plants - pathogenic microorganisms - biological preparations) are presented. Due to the influence of biological preparations Planriz, Diazophyt and Phosphoenterin, which are based on the growth-stimulating bacteria P. fluorescens AP-33, A. radiobacter 204, E. nmipressuralis 32-3 and characterized by phyto-protective and growth-stimulating properties, ecological and physiological compatibility of bacteria and prolonged action, occurs reduction of the number of phytopathogenic microorganisms in agrocenoses and in the period of storage of potatoes depending on the timing of planting and soil, climatic conditions, which leads to a decrease in biological pollution, potential bioecological risks in agroecosystems and improving the quality of potato planting material. The ways of regulating the phytopathogenic fond during vegetation and storage of potatoes in the Western Polissya, Forest-Steppe, Western Carpathian and Carpathian provinces have been theoretically substantiated and developed for the influence of the biologic preparations Planariz, Diazophyt, Phosphofenterin and potato varieties with group resistance to pathogens of fungal and bacterial pathology. It is proved that the influence of agrotechnical methods (terms of planting) significantly reduces the infectious potential in potato agrocenosis.
