Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of methodological foundations of the application of mathematical models of methanol production technological objects for the formation of optimal control system. A modern classification of mathematical models is proposed, which allowed determining the priority ways of using them for solving technological processes optimization problems by improving Automatic Control System operation. It is proposed to identify the acceleration curves of equivalent control objects of 2-4 order transient response through characteristic points, which are defined as extremes of the derivatives of control object acceleration curve, which reduced the approximation error to 2% compared with the approximation by uniform distribution of points.
