Essay

Purpose: to establish patterns of dominant factorsinfluence on the processes of reducing the load bearing capacity of coal seams to determine the rational parameters of the static (regulatory) and impulse method and their hydro-loosening device, ensuring the prevention of coalsudden emissions, rock and gas production and increase. The object of research - geomechanical processes of destruction and unloading face working space part bearing coal seams in their hydro-loosening. The complex method of previous researches generalization is used in the work; methods of deformable body mechanics; regularities of slip lines plasticity; theoretical description and experimental confirmation of contact patterns of distribution, internal normal and shear stresses in rocks; comparison of theoretical extrinsic strength curves of rock samples with experimental diagrams "Normal stresses - longitudinal deformation"; generalization of theoretical and experimental reference patterns of rock pressure; methods of statistical evaluation of analytical results and their compliance with the experimental data; standard methods for measuring parameters. The scientific provisions submitted for protection: 1. The formation and development of cracks in rocks occurs by their local destruction from the maximum effective tangential stresses formed according to the Coulomb strength criterion, which is supplemented by taking into account the parameters of contact friction, and the effective tangential stresses that do not reach the shear strength of their rocks at the point of shear displacement. trajectories on the boundary surface, with regularities of effective tangent stresses on boundary surfaces are described by increasing exponential function. 2. The loading of the bottomhole part of the coal seam is formed by the tangent stresses from the contact friction between the seam and the side rocks, which linearly extinguish from the edge of the face to the depth of the massif, in the form of a reference rock pressure, whose plot is described by a convex quadratic function equal to the normal value bottomhole cracks, and the final - rock pressure in the area of the pristine massif. 3. The bearing capacity of the bottomhole portion of the gas-bearing coal seam is determined by the value of the coal shear limit, the gas pressure therein, the horizontal compressive stresses of the lateral strut arising from the contact friction between the formation and the host rocks, and the part of the formation that did not emerge from loading cracks, and is described by an increasing exponential function in the range of values ??of the compressive strength of coal, depending on the indicators of the physical and mechanical properties of the coal, the coal seam thickness and depth. 4. The change in the values of the unloading zone of the coal seam is described by an irrational function: increasing depending on the power and depth of the seam and falling - depending on the indicators of the physical and mechanical properties of the coal. 5. Unloading the bottomhole part of the gas-bearing coal seam by hydro-loosening is due to the output of part of the seam from the load during the development of one bottomhole crimp spin and 3-6 sloping cracks, which alternately develop, and reducing the bearing power of this part of the seam during impulse rupture compared to static by reducing the internal friction at the crack heights and the contact friction between the seam and the host rocks from the dynamic action of the fluid injected into the seam. The practical significance of the results is to develop: a reasonable and experimentally verified calculation methods tensile strength and compressive charting "normal tension - longitudinal deformation" rock samples; methods of calculation parameters unloading outburst coal seams in their hydro-loosening; methods of carrying out mining and experimental works; methods of laboratory researches of the parameters of the device of the hydro-impulse action of methodical recommendations on hydro-impulse loosening of coal seams; of the specification for the experimental design work "Device for hydro-impulse action on coal layer". The results of the research works are designed in the form of methodologies, methodological recommendations and technological design documentation at the mines of the Private Joint Stock Company "Krasnodonugol". The Institute of Geotechnical Mechanics of the NAS of Ukraine together with the Limited Liability Company "Teplogorsk Hydro Equipment Plant" developed a technical task for the design of a hydro-pulse device on a coal seam with the participation of the author.
