Dovgal O. Regional peculiarities of formation and development of resource potential of rural territories

The dissertation is devoted to formation of conceptual bases and development of theoretical and applied bases of regional peculiarities of formation and development of resource potential of rural territories. It is established that the resource potential of rural territories is an actual and potential set of natural, demographic, tourist, recreational and production resources that are owned and / or used by communities living in rural areas of the country and its individual regions. It is suggested to consider that its most important elements are natural-resource potential, demographic potential, tourist-recreational potential, production potential. The content of the essence of the category "demographic potential" is clarified, which in addition to the component "labor resources" is supplemented by the component "entrepreneurial capacity". The directions and the priority of development of social infrastructure as a factor of development of demographic potential of rural territories of the Nikolaev area are offered: And a place - equipment of housing with hot water supply; II place - availability of hospitals and mobile equipment; III place - the presence of paved roads; IV place - availability of clubs, houses of culture; V place - the presence of sports facilities. It is claimed that the most important factor in the development and reproduction of the tourist and recreational potential of rural territories of the Mykolaiv region is the presence of solid roads in a satisfactory functional state. The automobile route of visiting the most outstanding natural, historical, cultural, recreational and other interesting places for tourists is developed. It is proved that for the beginning of its full functioning it is necessary to carry out repair of the roadbed.
