Essay

The thesis represents theoretical generalization and proposes the new resolution of the scientific problem concerning morphogenetic patterns of reparative regeneration, reorganization of microvasculature and fibrogenesis in the late stage alcoholic steatohepatitis, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and HCV infection. The morphologic examination is performed using histologic, histochemical methods, immune histochemistry, electron microscopy, stereometric image analysis and statistics. The practical significance comprises development of pathohistologic diagnostic criteria and recommendations for their application in the scale for determination of stage and phase of the disease and for differential-diagnostic mathematical model.
