Essay

The formation and destruction of the quasi-two-dimensional electronic and spin structures in several HTSC cuprate systems, manganites with a perovskite type lattice and a series of annealed films of amorphous germanium have been studied in this thesis by methods of X-ray diffraction, microwave impedance, electron paramagnetic resonance, dc resistance measurements, magnetization measurements in constant and pulsed magnetic fields, magnetic susceptibility and dielectric constant in alternating fields. The effect of external influences in the form of changes in the composition content, temperature, strength dc and ac of the external magnetic field and the measurement mode on the structural, electronic, and magnetic phase transformations in these compounds have been studied in detail. Based on the results obtained, experimental structural and magnetic phase diagrams were constructed.
