Kuznyetsova G. Mechanisms of regulation of regional innovative development based on the introduction of renewable energy: theory, methodology, practice

The dissertation is devoted to systematization of theoretical and methodological bases and substantiation of practical recommendations for the development of modern methods and mechanisms and concepts for regulating regional innovative development based on the introduction of renewable energy. The bases of formation of innovative strategy of development of renewable energy of regions are investigated. The key aspects of the innovative regional strategy of renewable energy, taking into account mutual influences with the social and environmental environment, and the structure of the formation of investment flows in such a strategy are substantiated. In the system of regional strategic management of renewable energy development, it is proposed to create a Regional center for strategic management (RCSM) with an extensive structure consisting of specialized separate centers as a focal firm.
