The thesis is dedicated to the development of the methods of calculation of heat exchange during film condensation inside pipes of the heat exchangers in order to improve their quality of work. Experimental researches made it available to estimate more accurately the effect of mode parameters on the heat exchange in case of condensation of water vapor and other different refrigerants inside the pipes of heat exchangers.In this thesis have been researched the regulations of local and average pipes of the heat transfer in case of condensation of steam and refrigerants R22 and R407C in a wide range of changes of the mode parameters: mass velocity G, vapour quality x, heat flux q. 40 The results of the experimental research made it available to estimate the effect of mode parameters on regularities of heat transfer. The improved new method of heat transfer calculation in the case of condensation under the stratified phase flow regime. The obtained method, in contrast to other formulae, more accurately takes into account the effect of condensate flow in the lower part of the tube on the heat transfer. The verification showed its fits reasonably (error within ±30 %) the data on the condensation of various refrigerants in a wide range of changes in regime parameters. The given method is recommended to be used in case of condensation of specific refrigerants (R22, R407С, hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide and methane) inside horizontal tubes.
