Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the effectiveness of treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis with lesions of the hip and knee joints in the late stages of the disease by studying in an experiment the occurrence of various types of contractures and deformities in these joints, improving diagnosis, treatment and predicting results.On the basis of experimental, clinical and instrumental studies, correlations and causal relationships were established for the occurrence and development of typical contractures and deformities in the hip and knee joints with their simultaneous defeat in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, taking into account the immunological, microbiological and pathomorphological changes in the tissues and biological fluids of these sick. A scheme of differentiated approaches to arthroplasty of hip and knee joints for different types of their lesion has been developed, methods of treatment and rehabilitation of this complex category of patients have been improved, and long-term outcome prediction has been improved.The use of the developed system of a differentiated approach to hip and knee arthroplasty in patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the late stages of the disease makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of treatment, improve the static-dynamic function of the lower extremities and predict the separated results, and improve the quality of life of this complex category of patients.
