Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the problem of chassis forming of the special cars and technological wheeled and tracked vehicles on the basis of a triad of mutual influences: operating conditions, the technological process in which such cars are involved, and their structures. Theoretical basics of diversification of use spheres of special chassis are developed on the basis of a members disjunctions method use, sectionality and modularity of structures. There were developed practical principles of formation of wheel schemes and mass-dimensional characteristics of 2-, 3-, and 4-axle special chassis for building, municipal and other use spheres of normative requirements-restrictions of the legislative normative base of Ukraine. Theoretical principles are developed and the influence of the hinged equipment operation dynamics during the motion on the chassis/frame of a number of Special Cars and Technological Wheeled and Tracked Vehicles (concrete mixer, truck, municipal car, tank truck, Combat Repair Evacuation Vehicle) is researched, that allowed defining the increase of peak (from motion dynamics conditions) loads on the frame and to propose design suggestions for the hinged equipment construction arrangement with the aim to reduce such loads, taking into account the limitations of the legislative framework of Ukraine. The practical value of the obtained results is confirmed by the implementation of the proposed methodology in design and research organizations.
