Essay

The thesis is devoted to the decision of an actual scientific problem establishing patterns of hydromechanization processes, storage of mineral processing products and parameters determining of technogenic deposits formed in storages of processed products, in order to extend the service life of storages and restore their storage capacity. Improved methods for calculating the parameters of hydromechanized extraction of technogenic deposits by establishing patterns of the fractionation process in the artificial soil massifs formation by surface and underwater alluvium. The peculiarities of the different size fractions distribution and density in the inwashed soil along the length of the slope, as well as the hydraulic characteristics of the pulp flow, which allows to restore storage capacity and extend the service life of storage without additional land using associated extraction liquids in a temporary pond to ensure the production capacity of mining and metallurgical plants are took into account. For the first time the parameters of hydromechanized extraction technologies are substantiated. They ensure the further functioning of Kryvyi Rih GOK due to the improvement of existing technologies for storage of processed products with repository reformation elements and the adoption of concomitant extraction of technogenic stream gravel. A set of methods for calculating the hydraulic transport parameters, the restoring processes parameters of the pond storage capacity using the hydromechanization processes, storage volumes of mineral products, geometric parameters of the dusting surface and pond, geometric parameters of storage and technogenic stream gravel, as well as the available storage capacity at topping of dike are developed. They were instilled at the following enterprises: Vyrivsky Quarry LLC, Technobud LLC, into the practice of design and engineering works of Kryvbasproekt SE and UkrNDIVuglezbagachennia SE, and into the educational process of the National university of water and environmental engineering of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The expected annual economic effect from the instillation of scientific developments is 7.01 million UAH, the author's share in the use of recommendations, scientific and methodological, technological and engineering solutions is 15% of the total economic effect, videlicet 1.05 million UAH.
