Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving an urgent scientific problem, which consists in establishing regularities characterizing non-pressure flows of liquid and slurry, taking into account the properties of the transported medium, as well as filtration flows of liquid in a porous bulk material, taking into account the influence of external factors characterizing the material flows redistribution processes, which ensures the consistency of modes work of elements of logistics technologies in hydraulic systems. Methods for calculating the parameters and operating modes of elements of logistics technologies have been improved, which take into account the materials properties and media being transported, the characteristics of technological equipment, the consistency of the processes of processing and redistribution of material flows in order to ensure conditions for the sustainable development of industrial regions. The developed models of the elements of logistics technologies in hydraulic systems, for the first time, take into account the slurry flows distribution and solid material in the elements under consideration, the granulometric and density composition of mineral raw materials. The methodological approach to the organization of two-stage material flows distribution processes at mining enterprises has been substantiated. For geographically distributed multi-level companies, correct models have been developed, on the basis of which the tasks of optimizing the functioning of not individual elements of logistics, but the system as a whole, have been solved. At the same time, the totality of costs associated with the management of material flows along the entire supply chain was taken into account, carrying out a full production cycle from the extraction of raw materials with its integrated use, processing and transportation to end consumers. Methods have been developed for calculating the slurry flow parameters in a channel of constant and variable cross-section, recommendations for assessing the parameters of a flow with forced mass transfer, taking into account the process of separating the slurry. Methods for optimization of logistics technologies at multilevel mining enterprises have been tested, which have been introduced into the practice of design and engineering work by SE Institute "UKRNIIPROEKT" and SE "GPI" Kryvbassproekt ", in the functioning technology while improving the mineral processing processes at mining enterprises" Donbasshakhtoproekt "LLC; "Yuzhgiproruda" LTD; metallurgical plant PJSC "Donetskstal". The real annual economic effect from the implementation of scientific and practical developments at the mining enterprises of LLC "Shakhtostroymontazh" is 324.700 UAH.
