Essay

The aim of the dissertation is to create some new and improve existing models and methods for building convergent problem-oriented computer information systems with high functional and structural performance in order to solve situational control problems. The object of the research is the architecture of systems and processes of computer systems that are used for solving situational control problems. Scientific novelty is to solve the current scientific and technical problem of the development of the theory of the construction of convergent computer systems of agent-type situational control through the development of new ontological, process, architectural and compositional models, and the development of methods for optimization of structure and dynamics of such systems; the development and application of a new information transformation model; the use of a new model of the situational control cycle, presented in a form of a sequence of appropriate inference methods application; the use of models of information transformation and situational management cycle in the developed architecture of the situational agent; the use of the developed model of compositional convergence of components of the situational control computer system; the development and application of adapted methods for optimizing the structure and dynamics of convergent situational control systems; the creation of an ontological convergent knowledge model for the system of situational response to security incidents. The results of the work were used in the implementation of scientific and technical developments and introduced into the educational process in the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of information technology.
