Essay

The thesis is devoted to the solution of an important and topical scientific and applied problem, namely, the development of scientific foundations for the creation of automated control systems for the technological processes of the production of mixed feed, which ensure an increase in product quality through the implementation of real-time control of indirect quality indicators and correction of their set values based on the results of laboratory studies of direct indicators. Conducted active experiments with the control of the extrudate pattern through a specialized vision camera and repeated examination of samples in laboratory conditions for comparison, processed and generalized research results. A system with a set of «optimal» regulator settings obtained during optimization by the integral quadratic criterion, taking into account the rate of the transient process, with a significant scatter of the parameters of the control object, is less stable than a system with a set of regulator settings obtained during optimization by the integral criterion of stability.
