Object of research: processes of integrated development of urban systems. Purpose: development of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for integrated development of urban systems. Methods: analysis, abstraction and generalization, synthesis and logical generalization, system, historical-logical, graphic, comparisons, economic-mathematical modeling, special methods of survey and questionnaire. Novelty: for the first time the concept of integrated development of urban systems is proposed, which characterizes the process of development and implementation of strategic urban development policy by synchronizing management decisions on their organization, taking into account the invariance of human-centered approach to strategic development of urban development, ensuring coherence of socio-economic and spatial development priorities, involvement of stakeholder management tools in the processes of urban policy formation and ensuring effective communication, as well as enhancing public participation in building social capital of urban territorial communities, a structural and logical model of urban systems is developed that reflects the use of modern approaches to spatial organization and development of urban areas, provides capitalization of the potential of the territories, a methodical approach to the analysis and assessment of the state of the urban system is proposed; scientific principles of integrated development of urban systems, interpretation of the essence of the category "integrated development of urban systems", interpretation of the principles of integrated development of urban systems are improved. Scope of application: in the activities of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine in developing proposals for amendments to legislation on the sale of state and communal land, Lviv Regional State Administration in preparing programs of socio-economic and cultural development of Lviv region, Chervonohrad District State Administration of the Lviv region in the development of strategic plans for the development of territories, the Lviv City Council in the development of analytical materials for the program of socio-economic development of the Lviv united territorial community; NGO "Association of Cities of Ukraine - Lviv Branch" in the preparation and conduct of training seminars on the concept of integrated urban development for representatives of local governments; NGO "Mykolayiv Regional Fund for Development and Support of Public Initiatives" in the preparation of materials on the possibility of developing leaders of public administration and local government through the use of digital technologies, in the educational process of the Academic Institute of Entrepreneurship and Advanced Technologies NU "Lviv Polytechnic" during the development of methodological support for courses "Regional Economics", "Macroeconomics", "Economic Theory", in the development of the educational program "Marketing of territories" for the educational level "Master".
