Stepanenko S. Management of the resource potential reproduction of agrarian business entities in the conditions of an inclusive economy

The dissertation solves an important scientific and practical problem: further developing the theoretical, methodological, and applied principles of the formation and implementation of mechanisms, systems, and management tools for reproducing the resource potential of agrarian business entities in an inclusive economy. The first chapter deepens the understanding of the concept of "inclusive economy". The work improved a set of tools of the inclusive model of agribusiness, covering socially-oriented marketing, inclusive business operations, inclusive innovation, finance and investment, and inclusive business micro-environment in three dimensions. During the study, the institutional model of inclusive development of the agricultural environment was improved, which includes political-legal, financial-economic, social-cultural, and organizational-management mechanisms in the institution of the implementation of relations of the agrarian sector, observing critical principles at different levels of its implementation. In the second chapter, the understanding of the concept of "resource potential of an agrarian business entity" is improved, which is proposed to be considered as a set of material and immaterial resources, both available and those that can be involved in production processes under existing technologies and socio-economic relations, capabilities and organizational knowledge in order to realize the tactical goal of obtaining maximum profit by the enterprise within the framework of the strategy of maintaining the ecological balance of the environment and building mechanisms for the harmonization of social relations within the framework of the formation of an inclusive economy in Ukraine. Within the framework of the development of the paradigm of sustainable development, a new type of agricultural management is proposed based on supplementing traditional management approaches with the values of sustainable inclusive development, which are based on the combination of natural and biological processes with socio-economic relations within a single integrated system and are strategically oriented towards the transformational transition to an agro-ecological model of resource reproduction of the potential of agrarian business entities. In the third section, a complex architectural model of sustainable development of agribusiness based on a combination of sustainable growth strategies, mechanisms for their achievement, inclusive agribusiness models, and appropriate resource provision is substantiated by implementing system-structural transformations in the vector of building the architecture of "green" agriculture and rural areas, as well as a methodical approach to increasing the efficiency of the use of resources of agrarian business entities has been improved, which is based on the implementation of the concept of "Zero Waste" within the circular economy to ensure the goals of sustainable development of the agrarian sector. During further research, the structure and functional content of the organizational and economic management mechanism for the reproduction of the resource potential of agrarian business entities was improved. In the fourth chapter, the author presents a comprehensive model of inclusive management of the resource potential of agribusiness. This model, at its core, is a suitable mechanism based on tools, implemented through a suitable algorithm. It harmonizes commercial motives and non-commercial goals of inclusive stakeholders, maintaining a balance through a matrix of equality of opportunities, benefits from partnership, solving common tasks, and balance of interests. The model also enhances organizational and methodological support for the further development of social and eco-oriented agriculture. The fifth chapter provides a system of methodological and practical principles of inclusive investment in the development of agricultural production and rural areas, the basis of which are the concepts of using innovations in the formation of sources of ensuring the inclusive development of business models of the agro-circular economy in order to supplement them due to the expansion of institutional financial levers, elements that are based on the information and technological basis of the digital toolkit of financial agricultural management; the scientific and theoretical foundations of the concept of creating the conditions necessary to ensure the diversification of the sources of inclusive development of agribusiness and rural areas on the basis of the systematic convergence of elements of the framework policy of inclusive investment and financial support are proposed: business behavior of agribusiness, inclusive financial support and facilitation, inclusive agricultural infrastructure, risk management and institutional financial and tax policy.
