Centrifugal pumps, beet cutting and meat cutting knifes, trailer pins of circuits, form and to cut down of a matrix of a title block. Development on basis theoretical both experimental researches of scientific bases and methods of an evaluation of a wear resistance for want of corrosion-mechanical wear process (kmi) of metals, increase of reliability and durability of work of detailses of the process equipment with use of reachings of modern, progressive technologies of hardenind.The electrochemical methods are applied metal graphic, roentgen structural,ferromagnetic, the number of experimental stands is created. The position about a fatigue-electrochemical nature for want of KMI of metals is confirmed, the analytical models of covitation-erosive wear process of heterogeneous materials with allowance for corrosion component destructions are obtained. The techniques of a complex research of a condition of surfaces of materials are created during friction and cavitation, the main principles of an evaluat ion of a wear resistance of surfaces,technology of their hardening are developed, the methods and methods of accelerated definition of a wear resistance of materials and covers for want of KMI are developed. The new methods of surface hardening of detailses are introduced. The hardened centrifugal pumps and detailses are introduced into production. The durability of work of pumps and detailses is increased in 1.4...7 times. A mechanical engineering, food-processing industry, shipbuilding.
