Cheshko V. The science and the state: the methodolodical analysis of social history of science (genetics and selection in Russia and Ukraine in Soviet period)

System methodological investigation of coevolution process of fundamental science, applied research development and technologies (on example of development of genetics) in political and social context is the purpose of the work. The change of structure of conceptual populations under action of three complexes interconnected factors - phylosophy of marxism, centralized state control of development of science and mentality transformation of the scientific community and other layers of population were analysed. The conditions of formation in state control of research activity system of crisis destructive mechanism with positive feedback and its harmful consequences for development of science and scientific community were formulated. Results of investigation extend a theoretical bases of philosophy of sciences, in particular - methodologies of social history of science, particularities of formation of a system of intercoupling of state, fundamental and applied science, economics, etc.
