The object of reseach - non - linear non - stationary systems;the aim of reseach - development of new methodology of mathematical modelling of the above mentioned systems; reseach methods and equipment - analytical and experimental; a personal computer, measuring devices; theoretical and practical results - mathematical description of the new spase where the behaviour of the presented systems has been evaluation and the generalization of the desciptive functions method have been carried out which makes it possible to develop new methodology of mathematical modelling of the said systems as well as new devices and systems for counting energy carries at the industrial enterprises; introduction novelty-has been confirmed by Ukraine and Russian Federation patents on inventions; introduction range - within a branch; introduction area (branch) - automatical control systems, data measuring systems.
