The thesis is devoted to the problems of methodological means and mechanisms of conducting marketing research in the condition of modem Ukrainian economy. The revival of the activity of Ukrainian enterprises in the condition of system economic and financial crisis requires the application of marketing principles of management of the product - market strategy of enterprises. Marketing research of competitive, profitable markets in Ukraine as well as abroad is an instrument by which managers and specialists can improve activities of their enterprises offer competitive products and services to their clients.
