Essay

Theory and new principles of semiconductor converter's Integrated Power Modules design which based on physical integration of devices and curcuit functions have been developed. Investigations of new devices and modules are carried out by mathematical modeling on PC and by execution of "hardware-experiments". Modules of varios grade integration are manufactured by using of hybrid-film and semiconductor technical processes. The results of investigations have been found of usage in scientifical, designers and educational organisations.
