In this dissertation work the Ukrainian people‘s cosmogonic imaginations which have been develiped as a world outlook system during millenniums and have been kept by our days in the people‘s consciousness, mode of life, folk-lore, rites are investigated. The semantic interpretation of the conscious phenomena is perfomed in comparison with rituals and folk-lire texts of meanings which function in other ethnografic and ideological complexes.
